Join JYP’s Baking Club for a virtual baking event – this month we’ll be making apple and honey challah! This is a great way to use leftover apples, for those of us that went apple picking a few weeks ago. This challah is ideal for Rosh Hashanah, though it’s obviously too late for that! At least we’ll all know how to make it for next year…
The event will take place in two parts; you can sign up for one or both. If you’d like to join for both, you can put the challah dough in the fridge overnight.
1. Make the dough

2. Braid the challah
Friday, November 13th at 3 pm
