More than 450 members of the greater Ann Arbor Jewish community came together in-person and on Zoom in mid-November of last year for the Jewish Federation’s Main Event, its most far-reaching fundraising and community-building event of the year. This was the largest showing at a Main Event in over a decade.
During the event, Federation presented the third annual Pillar Award to Nancy Margolis, who is, among many other achievements, the former Executive Director of both the JCC and Jewish Federation and an exemplar of Federation’s pillars of Philanthropy, Engagement, and Convening.
The Main Event raised over $230,000 for the Federation’s 2025 Annual Community Campaign, which funds organizations and activities that enrich Jewish life locally and around the world.
